This is a pretty rare find. This cherry bass drone flute has black walnut end caps, mahogany totem with turquoise cabochon plus malachite inlay, and walnut shell/malachite/turquoise/opal inlay on the flute itself. The cherry wood has much figuring and the walnut end caps are shiny and translucent.
This is a big flute. It probably weights about 3 pounds and the finger spread is significant so this flute requires large hands to hold and play easily.
The tone is deep and rich and it's built to sustain long notes.
